Have you worked as part of a team? Then you already understand how people can work together, or not, and how you should and shouldn’t motivate them.

Franchising does open doors for people who want to run a business in ways other methods can’t, but that doesn’t mean it can work for everyone. Some people simply don’t have the right kind of attitude or skills.
